PSU's normally do have at least one fuse but if it helps in this case I have no clue. Wow running 220 volts AC thru the 110 volt AC side is someting I would not want to test in real life you should have had some kind of bomb there.
BTW I hope the red switch works for ya & if not that the fuse is the problem. The PSU is first in line so that would be the first thing to replace.
