Not knowing anything about this model, my first guess is the Hard Drive needs to be low level formatted & partition but. The trick could be that the bios (CMOS setup) is hidden on that HD. I know some well known brands had that setup at certain times. Thou I never owned one myself as I built my own systems. I believe you have some kind of virus fouling the OS from booting up.
