You only option for any Intel Square when it comes to Overclocking now and in the recent past is to up the FSB unless it's and ES {Engineering Sample) whether in the BIOS or OS...One that comes to mind which might help depending on the MoBo you have...

As far as the Zalman Cooler..they and many are designed for specific chip/Vid Card sizes...some coolers only work on certain Cards and Manu's...I'm sure Mod possible
