Most all Sammy's TCC series don't like the higher v's...I wouldn't think that BrainPower added an extra Layer or refined the PCB for the TEAM stuff to make it better then Gskills, rather the TEAM stuff was tested and QC is more stringent then GSkill to shine better. That's why I was bummed when my GSkill would run on the Rock ..
Lot's of OCZ stuff has various v ratings with great + n- Percentage to go along with their lifetime warranty...My 1st encounter with the Sammy TCC stuffs was back in the Holiday Season of 2003...The original Sammy's only had a 1 year warranty back then an some was put on sh8y PowMem PCB blanks
There was a great write-up on the chips
and afterwards I noticed Mem producers were seeking it out as a replacement for the BH5's...Can't say that I blame them...

I hit this back in Jan of 2004
