this is a bummer, cause for you to bring the partition completely back prolly means a zero fill, then a reformat.
your gonna need to transfer your critical data to another source, then check each drive to see which one is the culprit/candidate for repairage.
however, in raid configs, if you have a drive that is giving you trouble, one has to ask themselves 'are you feeling lucky?", cause every time i have had a problem like this in a raid array, fixing the bad/suspect drive was the quick solution, keeping it from happening again was the problem.
i am sure LED will have some input on this one.
