It might work, but the technical data sheet does not list the electrical resistivity of the cured adhesive. If it is substantially higher than a normal solder joint, the added effective resistance could interfere with the intended function of the capacitor.

A tiny amount of paste solder and the very careful application of a pinpoint-flame butane torch might do the trick but it's hard to say without seeing the card.

I assume this is an electrolytic capacitor (i.e., in a can)? If so, don't forget that it is polarized. Remount it backwards and it will rapidly overheat and fail.
