LED, I am running with the Gskill, their top of the line stuffs.............damn......now this???
Bob, Win98 is a lulu once and awhile, 2000 or XP do much better in the stability department.....
I switched out to better sata cables (Thanks, LED, the WD sata clips work great) which has solved all issues detection wise with the Raptor.
I had one minidump yesterday out of the blue and immediately upon reboot, the Raptor was not recognized, i shut down and installed the new sata clips, viola.........also installed new sata cables to the two other drives, seems the higher quality cables need much more pressure to slip on the HD connector, which certainly helps in dataworld..................
