"102" probably means 1k-ohm.

I locate no hits at all for the transistor code. Transistor part numbers beginning with A, B, C, or D are Japanese, and the full part number is "2SAxxxx", "2SBxxxx", and so forth. But the "xxxx" part is usually a three, four, or five-digit numerical value, sometimes followed by a letter.

Are you certain of the "5UDK"?
