Ya theres not a whole lot of tricks left for CPUs, not like there use to be. Did you read about the next windows OS will need a 64 bit CPU & 2 gigs of RAM to run right (good & fast) ?. I even wonder things like what speed CPU, chipsets, RAM & video (in fact a complete computer on a single chip) could be developed with our current tech.
