Nope, as far as I know there is no central place to get all the update downloads. What I have done in the past though is used the Microsoft Baseline security analyzer to enumerate the patches, then download them. Unfortunately for the analyzer to get the latest list of updates the machine still needs to be on the internet. Though you coud run it remotley on a machine that has access to the internet and the server.

What I'd do in your position is get a home ADSL/CABLE router, they are fairly cheap, configure it with a different subnet than your office network and double NAT the server to the internet. This could then be your secure staging subnet for future projects.

NAT = network address translation
