I think it's always wise to move on and take the better stuffs to the new Rig and I know how Win98 is important to you as it once was to me ...When I got this Gigabyte Mobo I was shocked to learn that it won't even accept 98 but haven't missed it as I have other rigs that do that...I think this ASRock Rig is already sold and just want to have a little more time with it ...the new ULi chip (M1697) is suppose to have optional Firewire and will also have the best onboard sound with the HD Azalia audio..well maybe cept the NVidia Soundstorm. Maybe that's why NVidia snatched em up as well as the 1 chip solution...ULi was begging for it with the lack of any GPU solution anyhoots as 64bit becomes more real every day.
This Mobo is nice but not for me as a everydayer...I do have the AGP and PCI-e Vid card running @ the same time

I have only 2 Socket A Rigs left and 1 is the Abit NF7-S with the Soundstorm (which I'll prolly keep and the other is my (well Aja's) trusty old IWill XP333R which I'm trying to get her to let it go, both running with onboard sound
