We are not responsible for YOUR networking in YOUR home. The tech will come out and install the service to one pc, after that it's YOUR responsibility how you manage it. If you don't know how, I suggest either reading up on it, or getting further education via your local college. We do not care if you run a network in your home, by all means go for it. Once you add a router or configure networking and it loses connection or doesn't work, you need to talk to your network admin, which would be YOU, not us. YOUR home networking problems are not our issue to resolve.
