well, it is certaily interesting that TMC who owns SIS and ALi/ULi sold off ULi but in the end, this could make nVidia a really hot product.
ATI looking SIS, possible .. but more likely VIA..

nVidia SATA is actually pretty darn good but the flakyness of the onboard network controller is a real issue.
