I've cleared CMOs repeatedly multiple times, and I'm using the 2 Evga 6800GS my son gave me.

Currently only in single video card config while upgrading and I'd not forgotten about the video card power plug, but both vid cards are exhibiting the same symptom; also had tried an nVIDIA's MX440 PCI vid card with identical result.
