Just exclude Antec fro the list I Gave...although I think Price Performance wise FSG (Foltron and Sparkle) is pretty hard to beat. If quality is more important many claim OCPowerCoolingare hard to beat performance wise although I have yet to try one.
It hard to keep tabs on who the real makers are anymore as many jump ship...Antec was great a while back but I think quantity be cme more important to them.
I'm using an AntecSmart Power %00 on 1 Rig with no complaints.
I also have and am liking the Thermaltake TR2-430 and the Coolmax CL-500L as booth perform and look sweet...Then I am playing with the Ultra X Connect which many people are frowning upon but I like it and the price was like $35 AR (which by the way rebates on line SUCK Canal Water) and the PSU has a lifetime Warranty if you can Tiger Direct to honor it...also there's Zippy (haven't tried them yet and Zalman which is new territory for me...actually it's easier to tell which are the Sh8y ones
