added new cheipset heatsinks, w/fannage.

it just keeps on passing the drills, moving slowly.

it is totally stable at thsi setting, the only thing that is out of the ordinary is it won't restart, have to shut down (which it does), then restart (and everything is okay).

again, a known quirk of the board.
