OK. Plug a few of those model numbers into this chart http://www.amdcompare.com/us-en/opteron/default.aspx and you'll see the 1xx-series Optys are available in 939- and 940-pin packages. The 940s require registered RAM, the 939s do not (but they can use ECC RAM).

The Optys are multiplier-locked, dual-core or not (actually, you can use a lower multiplier, but not higher. F'rinstance, my 146 has a 10x multi, but I could use 9x, 8x, etc if I wanted to).
