I keep checking this deal out alittle more every day & monarch doesnt sell the CPU alone then thru price watch I found there combo sales of the opteron CPU. Then I decided to check out the MoBo you mentions wow the AsRock rocks as PCIe & AGP 8x wow, PATA & SATA, 4 RAM slots. Plus all the old standard goodies + sound & LAN. I assume that this MoBo will work with slower RAM, I have 333MHz stuff ?.
This MoBo can change & grow as you slowly change over to the new standards. For now I have PATA & AGP 8x newer stuff.
