I wonder what the limits of this process is ?. I followed alot of the articles & 32 & 22nm is the smallest size I seen. I also wonder if someone is working on the next best way to make the traces smaller yet ?. I have been watching this stuff for 25 years & its just amazing. We have come so far & this makes me wonder how far we will go in the next 25 years.
