What did you expect from the online tech support? You're telling him to fix your issue, he's telling you he can't because RR does not support switches. You keep saying you know that but yet you want him to fix it anyway. He's giving you your only alternative to fixing it yourself: calling the local office to have the tech come back out. You don't seem to understand this. What is so complicated about it?
