I see you tried different PSU's but are they unbranded /low value ones?
It could possiby be the contacts on the AGP/PCI slots so you could try cleaning them (linked)...pencil eraser on the visible contacts work and I've QD Electronic or Auto Brake Cleaner to the slots themselves by spraying the Cards contacts then inserting it in ad out of the slots...Be careful not to over doit as they are good for metal but not plastics...
