Turns out that it is a wierd cookie issue caused by visiting http://cpu-central.com and http://www.cpucenteral.com (creating two cookies) then the time change. Trapping it will be tricky. For now you can resolve it on your end by deleting the cpu-central and www.cpucentral cookies. It will reset the cookies properly on your next visit.

Funny enough, another way to resolve it is to visit http://cpu-central.com once. It resets the wayward cookie.
