It's fine in my eyes as even MS allows change of Hardware which is what you've done albeit in the most Major way. They have even sent out new copys of the OS to people who have acquired OEM's.
The key to not being legal or unethical is when and even their Techs will ask you while giving support or changing Keys is:
Do you have the/that specific OS key# running on any other Puter ?...so if not (which is what I'm seeing/comprehending...Enjoy
