Wow ;Arrogance and stupidity at its best.A state of self denial of what the issue\problem is.If the idiot at online support paid attention to his own rant and the "actual state of affairs" it is painfully obvious what the situation is.I,d cancel the service,and go elsewhere.Another anology is: The car has had a new radio\CD put in but now the lights horn and indicators don,t work.Service provider:'Not our problem.were only here to put in the Radio/CD. "the problem must have existed B4". OBVIOUSLY NOT!
Such Obviscation by RR,s service department and Quoting "POLICY" needs to be shoved back down their throats.Failure to provide the Services contracted for, equalls a broken agreement on their behalf.I,d cancel and demand a refund and until they do so ;they don,t get their modem back!
My tack usually is to go straight past "Service" or complaints" and go straight to senior management and "Complain". i usually get much better results. Especially after such "Customer Service" Experiences.
