Just came back from Linksys's website...
Seems they have a 2-port print server with a built-in 4-port switch. Seems like that would be nice to replace the Kingston with AND share the HP printer with all in one shot. Am I on the right track so far?
But here is a couple of questions- my girlfriend's printer is a Lexmark Z705. It is USB. Is there a way to convert USB to a standard printer port, or am I asking for trouble?
Also, I have an IBM scanner that connects inline between the HP printer and the computer. My gut instinct tells me this will not work down at the print server end. Correct?
