Cold Cathode Lighting

Does anyone know where one can buy just the lights? I am a custom computer builder and I often find that I have a need to purchase just one additional cold cathode light bar, but do not need another converter and switch, wiring, etc.

For example every Logisys light set is capable of supporting two cold cathod lights, and often we purchase sets with just one bulb in it.
