A new generation of video cards have come out & my two month old Nvidia 6800 gt tdh AGP still has not come down in price at all. In fact the PCI Express versions now cost more then the AGP versions as it was the other way around before when my video card was bought, whats up with that stuff ?. I did notice that the GT version (16 pipes versus my 12 pipes) has come down some it just seems like everything working backwards. Besides all that I am not very impressed with the new dual cores CPU's as I think we need something much better. Like may be the Core method is the right way to go now not later. The clocked race is over & we still need more power. If you want me to upgrade build me something I need & will need. |
