Processors are P4 (478 pins).
One is 1.6, the other 2.0 GHz.

Why 1.6 works in HP vl420 Vectra and Dell, but 2.0 only in Dell computer.

When 2.0 put in vl420 and turn on, motherboard starts to play 'funny music',
something like modem connecting.

When puts 1.6 back, all works correct.
