Not bad. Temperature-controlled fan, optional 12V connectors for temperature-controlling up to three additional fans, good sturdy construction.

The total number of classic HDD/FDD connectors is somewhat limited due to the presence of 1xSATA and 2xPCIe lines, plus some ATX 2.0 stuff, but this shouldn't be a limitation for most personal systems.
