Actually I dont have any links, are you using a throw rug on a cement floor ?. If so & you dont mind a mess left after your done. From Home depot or a Lowes hardware you could try double side carpet tape when your decide to change it there will be a stick dirty left behind. Another way which which would work better then the tape but leave an even bigger mess when your done would be to use a spray can of liquid adhesive which comes in different strenghts. A can that was used here glued material down inside a box that was like a guitar case & a different material on the outside.
The can has 3M on it & is called Super 77 spray Adhesive, multipurpose, but there are other strenghts which I used before at work I remember commercial strenght. The idea with these is you spray both surfaces & let it dry abit then set the material down with no wrinkles, keep it streched. While drying you would have weights on the edges & corners. But as aways read & follow the directions on the can. As always this will be hard to remove if you need to change it.
