I don't think it's a chipset problem. I think something with the power/voltage to the AGP slot is the problem.Which makes Shuttle the culprit in how they engineered the MB.(Reminded me of one Soyo I had) Runs fine now. May be your problem with the IDE is power related too. Mine seems to be ok but I haven't tried 2 Hard Drives on this machine. Have a DVD-Rom and a CD-Burner on the secondary and the Hard Drive on the primary.
