Ok I found my tester
with the ATX tester plugged in to make the supply run and the red danger light is on, below is the volts I get at the 20pin ATX connector

Orange wire 3.3v = 3.21
red wires +5v = 5.16
yellow wire +12v = 11.62
Blue wire -12v = 10.77
White wire -5v = 4.94

let me know if I got the colors wrong
