Don't know, but FF is definitely more secure
than IE. Haven't used IE in months now and on my
main machine haven't had zip come in.I also use
Thunderbird as the mail client. Just the
Alegra stuff that's built into IE shows up when
I run Ad-Aware and it was probably there before
I switched to FF.Actually on my main machine I
really haven't had much of anything get into it.
Sonny uses IE and I have to use the spy removers
on it pretty regularly. In fact it's going to
have to be reworked here
before too long. Something's goofy on it and
haven't located it so far. This machine I'm on
gets NADA...but then it's SUSE Linux.It won't
even let cookies in unless you ok it. Kind of
annoying after awhile, but then I think hey
Linux is really tight on security. Just
discovered I have Mozilla on here too. Cool,
maybe I won't have to get brilliant and have to
figure out how to install FF.Got to get a pop up
stopper on here.
Should get to work on my main machine maybe by
Wednesday. New video card should be here then if
Newegg is on the ball. Then one of these days
the fan for the FX5700 from MSI should show up
and I'll put it on Sonny's machine.
So why did you want to know how far I was from
Glasgow? Planning on attending the Highland
Games???????
