Connie, dunno what your backup options are, but I think I could have an SiS-based ATX board of identical specs out to you before the end of the week if I make a couple connections. Don't know if it will handle a 500, but the price is right (free pull from an HP), and it uses the narrow form-factor so you could drop it into almost any case without pulling the drive cages.

If that option fails, I also have an M5xx-series hanging around, integrated everything, PS/2 mouse, and 2xISA/3xPCI. AT form but does have an ATX psu connector. Pull the case's ATX backplate and it should drop right in, then you just need a big-to-small keyboard adapter.
