The Ramtron aquisition, to here those who have been there tell it, sucked the life out of Mushkin, mostly on account of micromanagement and excessive fiscal restraint. Mushkin's revenues are rising but their innovation is mediocre.

MS left them a long time ago, and as for OCZ, my understanding is that they have a different board of directors and competent quality control these days.
