the NTLDR could be an indication of the bios not being set up properly.

sometimes you have to reset the HD to LBA in the bios, if you don't you can try to boot to no avail.

strange thing is with the wrong setting you can still load winders with a fresh install and get no errors, until you go to actually boot the OS without the install CD present.

that 815 should support a Tually too.
