Well, not grounded, no static charge on install, Aspire 500 Watt PSU. Seriously doubt if the powerstand off needs flipped.Would not work one time and not the other if it did. I honestly think it's a power problem with the AGP slot. Because I switched video cards on it when it did this when I first set it up and I had the same thing. Think it's like my old FIC 2007 board (think that's the right one) it had intermittant video problems and finally got to the point it wouldn't run at all but it took it close to 9 months to get there. It finally gave the BIOS beep warning for video, this one doesn't even though it has no video on start up unless I hit the reset switch. Then it beeps and has video. But as I said I can hit the switch in the morning and it might beep and boot right up or not. It's moody.
It also did the same thing with a 350 Watt supply on it....I did check for that minor glitch at one time. After all it's a stupid Shuttle board and my experience with them is they are PSU picky. I actually do like the AK39N I have, but I definitely don't like this AN35N-Ultra.
