stack have been around along time like warehouses, last on first out.
I believe the CPUs that ran those stack of cards had register stacks before the cards were invented. Amyways I think they were compicated enuf with hardware interrupts.
I almost saved up for one of those computers you programed with 8 switches & a push button.
We have come always in some sense.
