While with paypal at the beggining (first $2k) I used a discrover credit card & lots of people I dealth with thru eBay did not do CC but did paypal. I swear paypal does the exchange for you, I also believe the sellers pay some kind of a fee. I miss being able to use the CC as I am using my credit union saving account & I dont like doing that.
