Good Wifi/Bluetooth Head/Earset

I've seen a couple of earset/headset pieces around in Wify/bluetooth.
Has anyone used one of these and been happy with it?

I need it as a novelty for my home automation/HTPC setup to show off to friends (yes we all gotta do it sometime)....so I have voice recognition on the HTPC using dragon naturally speaking (I call him "Marvin") - however, with the TV blaring it doesnt work too well.

SO...as a novelty, to continue to configure the voice recognition activities in front of friends -hehehehe - that's the testeronic part of me coming out - I would like to try a cheap wify/blue tooth setup and when the time arises - I slip this on and I imagine the back ground noise (apeture) would be much better - hence dragon will be more "understanding".

PS - I would have to buy a cheap PCI card to pick up the RF signal as well (hopefully it wont conflict with my Wireless USB RFreq keyboard)
