I didn't know much about em when I got mine but my Dell has served so well that the next one will prolly be the 2001FP...It can be had sometimes for $650 but I may just wait if the prices are dropping I had a Bud who had one and I really liked it so the bottom line for me on Monitors is to view thru it before buying
