Is to contact Compaq and ask them...meanwhile a link to your System would be helpful as a quick Google search rendered a 500 MHz AMD chip which would mean you are pretty much @ the limit with the Socket7 set-up, not to mention most prebuilts from Manu's such as Compaq left little room for upgrade on CPU's with their Mobo's |
