Thanks LED. I thought that sounded too high but I wasn't sure. I need to get more air circulating through that case I think. Problem is that it is a cheap case with very thin walls, so fan noise is amplified.
Another thing I noticed was that the hardware monitor is detecting the vcore voltage as 1.74. That also sounds high to me, but again I don't know what it should be. All the other voltages detected are also off a bit, i.e. +3.3v is detected as 3.56, etc.
The BIOS is currently set to AUTO for vcore, but could I get away with lowering it a bit to help with the heat problem?
