I have an Athlon Thunderbird 1.3 GHz/Asus A7V133-C that I just moved into a smaller case to give to my nephew, and I am having some problems with it booting up now sometimes.

It boots into the BIOS, which says it had a problem CPU settings and is running at only 1000 MHz or something of that nature, so I check the settings for 1333 and reboot and its fine for a bit.

The BIOS hardware monitor is reading CPU temp at 145* F and MB at 105* F. Is this a bit high and maybe part of the problem?
