Put the fans whereever you want. I have a rear fan in mine and my PSU is dual fanned. Also have the side fan. My PSU draws from where the top fan was, my rear fan removes the heat from the processor & Video Card. Have the same thing set up on my old MSI
with the step Thermo Athlon in it. Trust me that rear fan draws some kind of heat out of the case as it's right near that 5th fan on the processor.

Just check your temp and see what works best.
