Mushkin isn't on there at all, nor Crucial. Newegg doesn't have those samsung modules.
But I did find this Kingston module on the table at newegg:

It also does not say cas 2.5... but perhaps it might be wise to choose this anyway since it has passed Intel's "Full" testing on the d865perl board? How much should I value that
