ok so my brother bought this new PCI card. a Powercolor 256mb Radeon 9200. Well when I remove his old card and put the new one in it runs! However once I install the drivers the computer crashes when comming to the desktop.

(Q) Why the system will hangup after VGA driver have installed ? my vga card is R9200 256MB version.
(A) this status happen because some BIOS setting of mainboard could not work with a vga card when video memory size = 256MB, so , please recover this status by follow step :
goto bios setup screen of mianboard , and find/change the setting of 'AGP aperture memory size' to 128MB .
I know a decent amout about computers But I am not sure where to change this. I am running Windows XP. Any Help I would be thankfull.
