I have the same problem when i clic on the file it sents me to http://shell.windows.com/fileassoc/0409/xml/redir.asp?Ext=ŸÄĀŸ but the page is blank and the file names havent even got an extention .. i have 3 files
that wont delete i have tried everything.. safe mode , dos mode from boot disk. i even hooked the harddrive up to another computer. the folder has read only checked but i cannot uncheck it even wheile hooked to another computer the only thing i can do is rename the folder and move it to a different place but only on the drive it is on. i cannot cut paste it to another drive. any help would be nice..
