Just tried the IDE trick, no luck. I did get the floppy disk early, though I can (obviously) only have one drive in there at a time - and loading the W2K floppys then swapping it with the CDROM before the actual set up dosnt work.... blaaa! lol. I dont get this NTLDR thing... worked on the toshibas, and and older thinkpad we had before.
