The FSB is definitely the wrong metric when you cross-compare the Athlon platform and anything based on the P4, because the architectures are so dissimilar. Frequently a 400MHz FSB Athlon is nearly an even match with a 800MHz P4.

And as the others effectively said, a Celeron purchase would just barely be the next step above a waste of money, given the alternatives. Even if you already had a P4 motherboard I would recommend a P4 1.8A or 2.0A over the 2.6 Celeron.
